PAPER GOODS- ART PRINTS, FLAGS, POSTCARDS, GREETING CARDS, CARD PACKS, INVITES, WRAPPING pAPER & TAGS- free delivery
- Orders are posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class which has a 2-4 day delivery estimate.
- Papergoods have a 2-5 day turnaround apart from single greeting cards which will usually be sent next day.
Hanging Decorations- FLAT- £2.50, BAUBLES & ROUND EGGS- £4
- Orders are posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class which has a 2-4 day delivery estimate.
- As each item is personalised and made to order, processing times on hanging decorations is 5-7 business days. This is usually on the shorter side, aside from in holiday periods when this may increase to 2-3 weeks depending on how busy I am.
Plant pots, VASES, CANDLES & HOLDERS, TRINKET DISHES- £4
- Orders are posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class which has a 2-4 day delivery estimate.
- As each item is made to order, processing times on homewares is 5-7 business days, unless otherwise stated. This is usually on the shorter side, aside from in holiday periods when this may increase.
If you need your items sooner, then you can upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class post. Please note that this does not alter the processing times. If you need your item urgently please send me a message first and I'll see what I can do.

PACKAGING
-It’s important to us to do our bit for the environment at Colour Pop Prints so all our packaging is recyclable, and any plastic items you receive such as bubble wrap and postage pillows are REUSED from parcels I have received.
- Some outer postage boxes may also be reused so may not be in perfect condition. If you are buying a gift and want a new box please leave a note to seller.
- Tissue paper is acid free, all stickers are biodegradable and each delivery comes with a free A6 print.
RETURNS
I'm afraid at this time we are unable to offer returns as each item is printed or painted to order. In the unlikely event that an item has been damaged or lost in the post, or a fault has been made by us, please contact us at colourpopprints@outlook.com.
If you realise you have made a mistake in a personalised order then please contact me as soon as possible by emailing me at colourpopprints@outlook.com detailing the incorrect info and your name and order number.
